On Sept 19th 2023 several thousand ethnic Armenians (WHO) started to flee enclaves in Azerbaijan and entered Republic of Armenia. Within a week Azeri troops took over Nagorno-Karabakh after 10 months of blocking aid to the region.
Already the weak economy of the Republic of Armenia got additional burdens with the additional 100K who were in need of housing to food, employment to healthcare.
In order to get an overview I suggest checking out the videos + pictures in chronological order.
